How many credits will my recording use?+
One credit covers one started minute of a completed recording. A 61-second recording uses 2 credits. We read the recording length and show the estimated charge before you confirm. The confirmed allowance is reserved during processing; any unused amount is returned.
What happens when credits expire?+
Credits remain valid for 12 calendar months after your most recent purchase. A new purchase extends that date and reactivates any unused balance. Sign in to the purchasing account, or use the original recovery code for an old anonymous paid wallet.
What if payment succeeds but credits do not appear?+
Credit delivery waits for a confirmation from Stripe. Keep the payment receipt and refresh your wallet after a short wait. Do not repeatedly purchase the same pack while a previous payment is being confirmed.
Can I request a refund?+
Contact textfromlink support with your payment receipt to request a refund. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect. Failed transcription jobs do not deduct credits; unused reservations are released automatically.
